Conduct a Situational Analysis and Development of a Communication Strategy for the Ministry of Agriculture (MoA)

This project consisted of a team of five consultants and two client members to conduct a thorough situational analysis of communication amongst stakeholders of the Ministry of Agriculture.  A Communication Strategy was developed to address identified shortcomings and ensure information needs are met of both the Ministry and its stakeholders to support the National Development Plan and Vision 2016 objectives.
