Development of a Programme Management Office Methodology for the Establishment of the Botswana International University of Science and Technology (BIUST)

This project entailed the establishment of a programme office complete with methodologies, tools and techniques, as well as a comprehensive technology solution for tracking project progress.  The project required training of key personnel to ensure adequate skills transfer, scoping and planning of the BIUST establishment programme and the integration of multiple projects to ensure a coordinated programme.  The project developed and implemented a risk and issue management system, as well as a process for the University to follow from project identification, registration, planning, execution and closeout.
