He has held a number of positions from Technical Sales, Consulting, Consulting Leadership, Sales Leadership and General Management, delivering various services across multiple industries in Enterprise and Public Sector. Prior to Microsoft he ran his own consulting company in Zimbabwe, delivering System Integration services to a number of Corporates, helping hem improve their Business Systems and Change Management of key IT projects. He also holds various non-executive board positions spanning across e-Learning, IT Development, Leadership Development and Agricultural Services.
