Introduction to Six Sigma

Introduction to Six Sigma is an entry-level course in the Lean Six Sigma process improvement discipline. It is an eight-hour, fast paced, fun-filled and interactive learning experience that engages students from start to finish.  The full day class follows the traditional Lean Six Sigma process improvement approach but allows students the opportunity to experience process improvement in a simulated work environment.
