HR and Organisational Development Specialist

Tekolo Modungwa is a seasoned Human Resource and Organisation Development practitioner currently the Managing Consultant of People Management Consultants, whose service offerings entail organisation development, change management, talent management, executive coaching, training and development as well as HR Delivery support.

Her career experience has been in the public service, a commercial bank and joint venture diamond mining company. She has also worked not only locally but also regionally and internationally. Tekolo has undertaken roles like; Management Trainer at Botswana Institute of Administration and Commerce; a number of roles at Standard Chartered Bank Botswana spanning over 10 year period; Training Manager, Resourcing and Development Manager, Change Manager and Regional Training and Development Manager. At Debswana, she has carried out the role of HR Manager-Development and Group Talent Manager, HR Manager-BDVC (on secondment) and Executive Director-HR at DTC International (in London). Tekolo has extensive experience as a Board Member of parastatal bodies like BTC, PEEPA (interim), Botswana Post and currently Botswana Meat Commission. She is a professional management skill trainer accredited with BOTA. Tekolo Modungwa holds a BA Public Administration and Political Science (UB- Botswana) and MA in Administrative Sciences (Post Graduate School of Administrative Sciences –Germany).
