Development of a Strategic Plan and Performance Management System for BOCONGO

This project included the development of the Botswana Council of Non-Government Organizations 2010 – 2016 Strategic Plan and a Performance Management System that translates the Strategic Plan into operational terms with measurable key performance indicators.  It included a thorough stakeholder analysis and the development of a situational analysis that articulated the current reality.  The project further included the development of a Monitoring and Evaluation framework that defined the system to assess BOCONGO’s impact within each of the NGO sectors.
