Marumo Omotoye is a Consulting Assistant at Leadership Education and Development (Pty) Ltd (LEAD). He is primarily responsible for supporting the Consultant in the delivery of projects. Before joining LEAD, Marumo played an active role as a Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Pretoria. During this time, he was involved in various Public Administration Conferences and Projects in South Africa, most notably working as a Research and Consulting Assistant in a collaborative project between the Department of Public Service and Administration and the United Nations Development Program (Pretoria), which aimed to review and reposition the South African public service.

Marumo has assisted in the development and implementation of a number of projects during his time with Leadership Education And Development (LEAD). He possesses strong research, writing, and organizational and analytical skills. Marumo’s academic qualifications include; Masters of Administration in Public Management (Human Resource Management), Bachelor of Administration (Hons) in Public Management from the University of Pretoria, South Africa. He holds certificates in Research Methodology, Hypothesis Formulation, SPSS, Qualitative Research, Article Writing and End Note and Atlas t.i. Referencing.
