Lori has experience in designing and launching learning strategies that improve people’s performance and ultimately their results in over 30 countries across many industries and sectors. She has designed learning solutions to drive improved business performance for leading organizations including Standard Chartered Bank, Development Bank of Singapore, Hewlett-Packard, Nokia, Symantec, DHL, Cisco Systems, Dell Computers, and Singapore Airlines.

Since 1988 Lori continues to evolve Syzygy!®, an approach to build capabilities, collaboration and learning communities.  She is an early adopter of the latest technology.  The Syzygy! Coursepad platform allows organisations to build their own series of smart phone coaching apps using mobile technology as an enabler.  This empowers and enables people individually and collectively to learn every day in real life and in real time.
