Leah is BOTA-accredited to facilitate several Franklin Covey programs including the highly-acclaimed 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Leading at the Speed of Trust.  She also facilitates customer service programs, team-building sessions and other strategic stakeholder engagement sessions.
Leah is involved in executive selection and coaching executives in career and personal success and has over 25 years’ local and international experience as an executive and management consultant.  Her experience covers change management, human resources management, customer service, information technology, marketing, business development and administration.

Leah’s experience covers:

  • CEDA Culture Change Management -- responsible for formulating, implementing and monitoring effectiveness of the communications strategy for the change process at all levels in the organisation. 
  • Debswana SAP Implementation -- responsible for implementing all aspects of the communications strategy within the project and to the mines and head office.
  • Implementation Consultant for Nampak Liquid Packaging in Johannesburg, RSA -- overall responsibility for communication during the implementation of World-Class manufacturing strategy.
  • Standard Chartered Bank Botswana -- internal consultant responsible for infusing a strong customer service ethic into the Bank’s corporate culture.
  • BP Global Culture Change Programme -- responsible for implementation and bedding down the new BP culture as project of Project 1990, aimed at making the company more competitive.

Leah holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cape Town.
