Chris is currently the Managing Director of LEAD, Leadership Education and Development Pty (Ltd), an organization devoted to maximizing the effectiveness of individuals and organizations.

Chris is a highly experienced global business leader with emphasis on cross-cultural and applied executive leadership.  He works with leadership teams from around the world to help organizations deliver on their strategic intent.  Chris integrates the disciplines of leadership, project management, change management and  continuous improvement to deliver holistic and sustainable solutions that translate into tangible results.  Chris has worked in more than 12 countries around the globe and has supported more than 35 organizations spanning public sector, private sector, civil society, he has developed a strong  skill set in international business, cross-culture leadership and high performance organizational development. Chris managed projects worth over US$50M capital investment with teams across multiple continents.
