Charles Henderson

Leadership Development and Emotional Intelligence

Charles Henderson is the Managing Director and co-owner of Henderson, Harper & Associates.  He has been living and working in South Africa since 1993 training managers and front-line workers focusing on change management, customer service, emotional intelligence, mindset change, leadership, mentoring and coaching programs, team-building, and diversity management.  He lectured at Milpark Business School for 10 years where he designed the second year MBA course on human resources with an emphasis on change management and customer service.

Charles Henderson has provided consulting services for a broad spectrum of organizations in South Africa including Standard Bank, Nike, De Beers and Africa’s largest packaging company, Nampak. He has also provided training for organizations in East and Southern Africa and most recently in Hong Kong and China. In addition, Mr. Henderson has done training in the government, parastatal and not for profit sectors. Mr. Henderson received his Bachelor of Science degree in economics and finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his Master in Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.
