Charles Henderson is the Managing Director and co-owned of Henderson, Harper & Associates. He has been living and working in South Africa since 1993 training managers and front-line workers focusing on change management, customer service, emotional intelligence, mindset change, leadership, mentoring and coaching programs, team-building, and diversity management. Charles has Henderson has provided consulting services for a broad spectrum of organizations in South Africa including Standard Bank, Nike, De Beers and Africa’s largest packaging company, Nampak. He has also provided training for organizations in East and Southern Africa and most recently in Hong Kong and China.
