Strategy Development and Implementation Support for BOMAID

The project included the development of the BOMAID strategic plan, prioritization and scoping support as well as on-going implementation support.  This entailed development of a high-level methodology to guide their implementation process, development of a document management system, development of templates for reporting and tracking progress, development of strategy review cycle, development of an executive dashboard and project briefs to inform the monthly review cycle.   The role further included formal training, mentoring and coaching of the executive management and staff at various levels.
